Mission Summary

New arcs starting:

Activation of Water Decks after renovation, new water dwelling Starfleet and civilian scientists, rescue and other work.

A new Chief Medical Officer takes over Sickbay.

A new Starfleet scientist and doctor begins some heavy research.

WV Nomad has its first intelligence mission.

Wedding bells are ringing for at least two couples.

The Lower Decks population may grow, and we'll see more of what goes on down there.

Brown Sector and the Zodiac are becoming more of a political entity. Can they go independent as a city-state within the base?
