| Description | The war with Dominion cast a long shadow for the denizens of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. Wartime saw the presence of piracy and raider outfits diminished from wherever their scourge took hold. After many years, the steady uptick of criminals preying on the merchants and civilian traffic has raised alarms. Attacks by the Orion Syndicate, former Obsidian Order mercenaries, Klingon Ex-Pats, Ferengi Business privateers, Yridians sneaking around… and nobody should ever forget about those masters of espionage, the Tal Shiar. A return to the cloak and daggers, Gallant crews answering the call for help as pirates operate in secrecy to amass their fortunes once more. How will Starbase 109 serve in its capacity to protect the Federation, and will the Triangle return to its once volatile days? Could the resurgence of the Second Sons, tie together with the recent attacks? One thing is certain, the black flags fly once more. |

Mission Summary
The Triangle represents a crossover of the citizens from three empires mixing, civilian traffic is dense. Merchants can make a years wages on solo runs across dangerous swaths of space, couriers with vital information to important to send over the wire book passage on pleasure cruiser, or the man marked for death fleeing the bounty hunters... The reasons are numerous but the predators abound. Starfleet cant be everywhere, but they can track you down. A distress call must be answered. Saving lives is paramount, property can be lost or replaced. In this Mission we will play both villainous cur and dashing anti hero in the name of adventure in the open spaces. Feel free to create your own pirate crew and run a raid post, theyll meet up with the others before too long and will the pirate fight or will they work together? When an old outfit called the Second Sons returns to form, they'll be recruiting too. Space is dangerous, but they give star-ships shields and phasers for a reason. The loss of Romulus has generated more confusion and loss across theri border than ever in the history of the Federation. Klingons may be our ally, but they disavow raiders and turn a blind eye. Ships of the line won't be enough, it'll take brave civilians, and cunning spies as well.
