| Physical Description | Mindo comes from the province Eloi on his homeworld of Fesaria, which was a member of the First Federation long ago. Mindo has short brown hair, a feature rare for most Fesarians, but not unusual in his native province. Often people mistake him for a child, like most Fesarians. Also like most Fesarians, his ears are somewhat small, and pointed on the top. Given these features, Mindo is extremely handsome, and except for his size he has the looks of a grown man in his late twenties. |

Personality & Traits
| Strengths & Weaknesses | Mindo's intelligence can be both strength and weakness. Mindo is a people person, very likable. He's also an anti-social smart-aleck. Mindo can often be a contradiction. A small man with a big heart, Mindo is either loved or hated, depending on your point of view. He has a rampant libido that is tempered by alcohol and can be as intimidating as he is small. Overall, Mindo is loyal to people he trusts, which does not include Starfleet, but does include several Starfleet officers. Mindo's loyalties lie in people, not establishments or ideas. He does what he believes is right, and is steadfast in every difficult situation. | |
| Ambitions | Mindo's only ambition is to survive. Once he was a simple Engineering officer, only concerned with warp coils and computers. He enjoyed working in Engineering, especially as Chief. Being away from the bridge gave him more authority over himself and how things were run. Then things went way south, and soon he found himself working in the area of Intelligence. Mindo's current ambitions are a mystery, as is his loyalty to Starfleet and the Federation. | |

| Personal History | Mindo grew up on Fesaria in the northern continent of Eloi. Mindo's parents died when he was very young, sending him to an orphanage at an impressionable age. His father had been deep in debt, thus he did not leave much for Mindo except a small plot of land and a log cabin. His true life began while at the Academy. At first heavily disliked by professors. His grades were exemplary, but his behavior told a different story. After an awful incident, he was nearly expelled. He was given a suspension and order to see therapy for six months before returning to full-time classes. Mindo took his punishment and managed to graduate - without further issues – in the top three percent of his class. Mindo received two not-guilty verdicts in two separate courts-martial, the second one leading him to leave Starfleet and live off the grid for a few years. He was eventually brought out of retirement and transferred to Intelligence where he has acted as a covert op for the last year. He is currently being recalled from the field and stationed at Starbase 109 under Captain Francis' direct authority, to be used however Francis sees fit. |
