Brandon came back from LOA with a great story arc idea and jumped right into it, getting some others involved in a new undercover mission. He organized everything, created a ship, and got others moving creatively and literally. |

Rob is another newcomer who has shaken things up nicely. With an unusual family background, he has come aboard with his young son and brought all the worries of parenting with him, plus a few most of us don't have to deal with. I loved the holographic dog he brought into the story for his son, and the child's reaction to having it turned off to take home! |

Despite seeing some fighters in parts of Deep Space Nine, their use was never consistent enough to safely say that a Fighter Operations Department (or by some other name) actually existed. We never saw them complimented on any ship or station, to my knowledge. Yet Allison has succeeded in not only bringing to life the tactical and strategic element of this department, but also the people within it. We're learning of their struggles with life in such a department and, for some, the challenges of the training to rise through the ranks! |

During the last mission the diplomatic detachment were used quite heavily. The department is one of those strange beasts - never seen in any Star Trek canon and completely made up by the simming community to offer more diversity and variety. The same can be said for a number of departments. It takes a truly talented player to make such a department come to life, this is something that Keb has succeeded in doing very well! |

Joshua has worked with many players to create some fantastic joint posts. He has injected some life into the security department and has really made the challenges they're facing seem more real. |

From the creation of Vanguard, James has created and maintained the website. But he isn't satisfied with it just ticking over and tirelessly pushes to improve it and make it one of the best sites in Theta Fleet. He has taught himself what he needs to know and it seems that every month something new is popping up to make us look awesome! It's far beyond my understanding and we are all hugely appreciative of the work he puts in! To us, putting time into Vanguard is just writing posts... to him it's double or triple the time we put in! Well done and thank you! |

Allison has managed to breath life into a very under utilised department on any sim. Writing in Fighter Operations is no easy task, however Allison takes it in her stride. She has created a colourful and dynamic department with in-depth NPC's to support her along the way! |
