New Commander Takes Over SB109

Crew and Citizens of SB109,

With the departure of Commodore Suzuki Hikari and her family, we were in need of a new base commander. Starfleet has sent of one of its finest, Captain Elena Navarra. Captain Navarra comes to us from the Diplomatic Corps, and she has many years of service in difficult parts of the quadrants that will stand her in good stead, and help us maintain the peace in this section of space. Be prepared for her to ask questions as you see her exploring and reviewing the Starfleet and Civilian areas of the starbase. Please make her feel welcome to our Starfleet family.
