I might be scarce on Thursday, depending on how close Hurricane Laura comes to Houston and how long we have electricity. I will keep you all posted.

UPDATE:. Well, Hurricane Laura moved east of the Houston area and smacked into Lake Charles, Louisiana, instead. I've never seen so many trees down in my life. I plan to make some Red Cross donations after payday.

Anyway, I look forward to reading all the posts you lovely folks have been writing. I look forward to adding to some posts later today. Bye!

Chantal

Thankfully, for you! I'm pleased with that outcome, though a friend from Lake Charles said that her family will be without electricity for weeks, maybe months, and water for days, maybe weeks. It's a mess, but they didn't lose any family houses.
