	Character Development Ribbon Awarded Fri 27th Apr, 2018 @ 4:30pm	Mikaela has emerged as a very real person since the death of Colonel Drake. Her struggle to maintain military correctness in the face of tremendous emotional pain is evidenced in her posts, culminating with "Should I Stay or Should I Go?", a series whose completion was delayed by family illness. Iain has done an amazing job with this time period.
	Player of the Month Award Awarded Fri 18th May, 2018 @ 5:43am	Iain / Mikaela Locke, for the wonderful and truly character-affecting "Should I Stay or Should I Go" post arc.
	Captain's Honour Award Awarded Wed 8th May, 2019 @ 6:34pm	Iain has picked up a lot of slack in the last couple of months, moved the sim forward, and generally been here, there and yonder wherever needed. It is much appreciated by all.
	Non-Player Character Ribbon Awarded Thu 3rd Oct, 2019 @ 12:21am Nominated by Commander Paul Graves PsyD	For at last introducing Lt. Ra'Cho of Security to the players and giving him an interesting and unique problem that needed solving. I really enjoyed the "Lost in Translation" post.
	Theta Fleet Player of the Month Awarded Sat 12th Oct, 2019 @ 8:17pm	Iain keeps us on track many times, asking questions which are pointed and require the team to think about possibilities. His NPCs are always helpful and step up to round out the stories and make us more complete.
	XO of the Quarter Awarded Sat 12th Oct, 2019 @ 8:30pm	The three COs of the sim have been awarded in the past, but the XO of Starbase 109 is also worthy of kudos. Locke is a great character and works well with the three women who run the sim. Every sim needs a good second, and Locke does a great job.
	Longevity - 6 years Awarded Sat 29th Oct, 2022 @ 9:06pm	Iain has actually served over 9 years! I haven't found Longevity Ribbons for more than 6 yet. This will be replaced soon, when I do.
	Distinguished Newcomer Award Awarded Fri 16th Dec, 2022 @ 1:44am	Although Iain is not a newcomer, this award is actually for *anyone* who helps the sim, and Iain has come back with a commitment to that. He has posted several times, filling in gaps left open by departures, and adding to his own character's storyline.
