Transition

I believe the transition to using our number designation is now complete. Thanks to James for all the work he did getting new headers for us. If you find a place where Vanguard is referenced, and you can't change it yourself, please let James know where it is, so he can fix it.

Thanks to James also for getting rid of annoying things that didn't work. The chatroom was not used, so we took that out, too. With James's help, things will be a little more organized on the website!

Lots of additions have been made recently to the Wiki, so when you have a minute, please check those to give you a more complete idea of the base and its population.
