LCARS Reorganization

Hello! This is a notice to you all that I will be reorganizing some of the LCARS information to the extent that I'm able. (I might not be able to move around pages created by other people.) I've noticed that a lot of LCARS articles listed as categories really ought to be moved into categories. For instance, Durant Repair Services should be in the Perry Gardens category and should not be considered a category itself. Pub 10-42 should be listed under the Promenade category. I initially made them categories partly from my own ignorance of the system and partly to advertise them. But I think both are well enough known now that they really should be moved into their proper places.

So if you go into the LCARS section looking for something and think it has disappeared--no. It has simply been moved to where it belongs.
