Given for the contributions of NPC Experiment Number Six Addams. Jenny's child character is remarkably grown up and childlike, at the same time, even for so illustrious a family as the Addamses. I find myself charmed by her, amused by her, and feeling a variety of emotions for her. An excellent job of writing a civilian who increased the personality of the whole sim. |

Since joining Starbase 109 from the USS Hermes, Ruth has developed her civilian character, the Romulan Dr. Khellian s'Siedhri, by writing him in joint posts with several other players. I look forward to seeing more of Dr. s'Siedhri's adventures soon! |

When it comes to creating and developing civilian character in Theta Fleet, I think there is no win better than Susan. With every character she creates she brings a new and refreshing element to Vanguard... she has created an entire world that has nothing to do with Starfleet. An exceptional writer and player. |

For building up a thriving and diverse civilian population on SB Protector - not least of which with her invention of Orchids & Jazz. Now coming into the fray with a huge project to built an inter-deck garden area, truly a model civilian character. |
