EU’s General Domestic Privacy Regulation

Hello, Crew!

Even out here in the vastness of the galaxy, we are affected by what tiny member states do. On May 25, the European Union's GDPR goes into effect. While it is unlikely that we, as a purely-for-play entity could violate the policies, and we have never collected nor sorted information that comes to Theta or any of its sims, nevertheless, the PTB have come up with a legal privacy statement which will be published on the Theta Fleet site, and on each sim site.

Our easy-to-understand English version is at the bottom of the SIM page. At the end, there is a link to the LCARS page which has a bit lengthier legal-language version. Please read both, so that you know exactly where you stand. Continuing to use the services of Theta Fleet sims and forums constitutes your agreement with our policy.
