New Species Page

Unusual Species Category has a new entry, the Elgaard. This species has requested Federation membership, but there is limited information about them. What there is can be read on their Wiki (LCARS) page. I hope you enjoy their occasional appearance in a post, and a little of the mystery surrounding them which will be revealed.
