Title of current mission: (Love Is) Neither Yours Nor Mine
Description of current mission: There is a flu epidemic in Brown Sector, for which medical staff are being recruited to dispense vaccinations. The crew of the Nomad have begun their first undercover mission. Two weddings are being planned. Yari and S’lani decide to escape from the gladiator arena. Good-natured rivalry is happening between business owners.

Noteworthy changes/events on your sim during the preceding month: We changed to a new mission and mission title, “Neither Yours Nor Mine,” which comes from a line of poetry. The meaning of the quote is that love belongs to everyone.

Noteworthy Milestones this Month: Ruth, who plays Drs. Khellian s’Siedhri and Makila I’Hartelhai, has been a member of SB-109 for almost five years!

Problems (if any) that the command staff should be aware of: Austen is on ELOA, helping to deal with a family matter. I will be checking on inactive members and cleaning up the manifest as needed.

Post of the Month nomination and reason: To Ruth, as Alexia Redding, for New Product Placement, in which we get a detailed description and consideration of the effect of perfumery scents on non-human species.

Player of the Month nomination and reason: To Susan for participating in four different plots this month—poker night at Orchids & Jazz, the Nomad plot, friendly rivalry with Qaraq, and the Brown Sector flu epidemic plot.

Writer of the Month nominations and reasons: To CF, for Competition or Collaboration, Part 2. There is a friendly (?) rivalry brewing between SB-109’s most prominent restaurateur and casino owner.
