More Website Changes

Hello again,
More website changes to speak of, these ones are thanks to requests from Susan.
On the home page there is now a Federation News Service widget, which is a live feed from the website of current news which is happening to date. For more information click the widget and any links for it to be taken there. I believe Susan has created an NPC to work for the FNS so more details to come from that aspect.
Under 'Sim' the Excel spreadsheet I was sending out back in the day with all the characters on, I have integrated onto that page and embedded into the web page. Every time I update it, it will automatically change the details so it should hopefully always be fully updated. It should make it a bit easier to see everyone's brief bios and descriptions all in one place!
