A Very Addams Halloween

Hello, people of the writerly persuasion!
Recently, a couple of people expressed interest in having another Halloween party at the Addams place. I was initially reluctant, because I didn't want to just rehash what we did before. But then, as I was doing some background research for something Six was doing, I came across this passage from the Broadway musical:
Gomez: Ah, the intoxicating smell of the graveyard. Once a year, we gather beneath our family tree to honor the great cycle of life and death. Come, every member of our clan - living, dead, and undecided - and let us celebrate what is to be an Addams. And now we summon our beloved Ancestors. Why do we do this?
Morticia (Spoken): Because living or dead, family is still family.
Gomez (Spoken): Yes! And how do we do this?
Fester (Spoken): By dancing on their graves
Gomez (Spoken): Yes! Dance my brother Fester. Time to wake the dead!
It further occured to me that we already have a confluence of Addamses on station -- Six, the sisters three, Pubert and Gloriana, Cousins Malice and Cookie, even Great-Grandmama. And we know that Great-Grandmama is, among other things, a medium. So why not throw a ball, in the fashion of the 1991 movie?
So: you (yes; you) are invited to create an Addams, living, dead, or undecided, and to write them for a time and times and half a time. The guidelines are as follows:
The character should be "creepy and kooky; mysterious and spooky; altogether ooky!" but not actually Evil... or at least, not in such a way that the populace would actually be harmed by their presence.
The New York Addamses are closed, being well represented by the afore-mentioned characters. However, the Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Tokyo, et alia Addamses are open. The character's family name doesn't have to be Addams, as previously established with Cousin Malice.
The character need not be, strictly speaking, alive. However, ghosts should conform to previous guidelines / expectations, and be silent -- no talking spirits, please! Zombies, Ghouls, Vampires, et cetera, are welcome, subject again to the restriction of no active Evil.
If you have questions or just want to run an idea by me, drop me a private note. Otherwise, start scheming, and next week sometime I'll get things started on the JPage.
