Hello, Crew!

As summer winds down, and August comes to an end, I find we are ALL in the red for posting activity! Every single one of us!

We have a week of August left. I'm asking you to involve one of your characters in a post, single (600 word minimum) or JP (900 word minimum) by August 30 (NOT 31st!). I know we've had a busy summer, but we've never had a no-post month in all the years I've been involved with Protector, Vanguard and SB109. I don't want this to be the first one!

This is a good time to reveal something about your character that we don't know or isn't in the bio. We still have some incomplete bios, too, but those don't count as posts. I know several of us use the bios to find a character to fit a JP we are thinking of doing, so please try to update/complete yours by the end of September.

Thank you so much for all you've done as I've been absent so often during the last 15 months. Update: Chemo from now through February - first round wasn't too bad, but they will be upping dosage after next round and I expect it to worsen. I will still try to keep up during the good weeks (2nd and 3rd, hope that doesn't change!) and be more present.

A few changes are coming, but won't affect most of you, except to give you more support with your writing and posting.

PS: Don't forget about the Addams wedding! Ruth and I have already made characters of the family. If you want to add an NPC Addams, you can put it in by choosing Family Member as the position, and using the Civilian white collar. It will show up on the Civilian manifest for now ... probably near Bouganvillea and Desdemona Addams!
